The qualified candidate for this role will demonstrate the ability to originate residential mortgage loans through their self-sourced clientele as well as work with bank personnel referrals.

• Minimum of 2-3 years  of retail residential mortgage originations.   Most recent  

• Proven track record in working with realtors and builders, generating self-sourced business

• Ability to work with internal bank partners and bank customers.  Cross-sell all bank products and services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Positive attitude, professionalism and passion for greatness

• Must be creative, flexible, of utmost integrity and have a strong commitment to customer support.

• Must be able to work independently and exercise considerable judgment.
