Job description
The Mortgage Talent Network is in search of a dynamic, highly self-motivated, and motivator of others, individual to fill the position of a full-time Mortgage Sales Leader at our client’s Southern California locations.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of mortgage loan officers to drive sales and achieve business targets.
Develop business via branches, realtors, and builders, and respond to referrals from branch personnel and others.
Maintain proficient knowledge and understanding of the mortgage regulations and processes as well as other bank products and services in order to strengthen relationships and instill trust with customers.
Build and grow a sales team of MLOs to achieve production goals and team with Operations and other department Leadership personas/teams.
Identify new strategies to drive new volume and gain market share.
Respond to referrals from branch personnel and others.
Ensure Governance, Risk and Compliance guidelines are adhered to with regard to applicable industry laws and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
The compensation range for this position is commensurate with knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and proximity to Woodland Hills, San Diego and Ontario locations.

Job requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of mortgage products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership experience in a sales environment
