What We’re Looking For:

• Active NMLS license and mortgage origination experience

• Knowledge of both conventional and portfolio products

• Ability to build strong relationships in the community

• Goal-driven with a client-first approach

  Required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years  of retail residential mortgage originations (recent, within the last 6 months).

  • Proven track record in working with realtors and builders, generating self-sourced business

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Positive attitude, professionalism and passion for greatness

  • Must be creative, flexible, of utmost integrity and have a strong commitment to customer support.

  • Must be able to work independently and exercise considerable judgment.
