The Role

A national mortgage servicer is adding Claims Support Specialists to keep agency claims, vendor audits, and team escalations running clean, fully remote.

Day-to-Day

• File and manage agency claims on acquired or sold properties

• Run monthly process-control and vendor audits and flag trends to leadership

• Resolve team escalations and help train new and current staff

• Keep data integrity sharp through exception-report reviews

Job requirements

• 5+ years in default servicing, mortgage insurance claims, or a legal setting

• LPS-MSP experience and strong claims/foreclosure process knowledge

• Independent, deadline-driven, and airtight with confidentiality

• 1+ years of leadership experience a plus
